Clearance Kings Gold Coast currently delivers throughout:

  • Brisbane

  • Gold Coast

  • Sunshine Coast (selected areas)

  • Queensland and Northern New South Wales within approximately 400km of Tweed Heads

Delivery availability and charges may vary depending on your location. If you are unsure whether we deliver to your area, please contact us before placing an order.

Delivery Timeframes

Estimated delivery timeframes are provided as a guide only and are not guaranteed.

Delivery delays may occur due to factors outside our control, including supplier delays, weather conditions, traffic incidents, public holidays, and other unforeseen circumstances.

Delivery Access Requirements

Customers are responsible for ensuring that products can be safely delivered to the intended location.

Before placing an order, customers should ensure that products will fit through all access points, including but not limited to:

  • Doorways

  • Hallways

  • Staircases

  • Lifts/Elevators

  • Gates and pathways

Please carefully review product dimensions prior to purchase.

Clearance Kings Gold Coast is not responsible if a product cannot be delivered due to access restrictions at the delivery location.

Failed Deliveries

Additional charges may apply where:

  • No person is available to accept delivery

  • Delivery access is restricted, unsafe, or unavailable

  • Products cannot fit through access points

  • Incorrect delivery information has been provided

Any re-delivery, storage, or additional handling costs will be the responsibility of the customer.

Assembly & Packaging Removal

Assembly and packaging removal services may be available for an additional fee.

Where purchased, these services will be completed during delivery where reasonably possible.

Inspection Upon Delivery

Customers should inspect all goods upon delivery.

Any damage, faults, or delivery issues must be reported within 48 hours of delivery and supported by photographs where possible.

Risk & Ownership

Risk in the goods passes to the customer upon delivery or collection.

Ownership of goods remains with Clearance Kings Gold Coast until full payment has been received.

Australian Consumer Law

Nothing in this Delivery Policy excludes, restricts, or modifies any rights or remedies available under the Australian Consumer Law.
