• Minor variations are not considered faults.

Delivery

• Customers are responsible for ensuring products will fit through doorways, hallways, staircases, lifts, and access points before ordering.

• Additional charges may apply where delivery cannot be completed due to access restrictions or incorrect information provided by the customer.

Custom & Pre-Order Items

• Custom and pre-order items may be cancelled within 12 hours of purchase.

• After this period, cancellation fees may apply to cover costs already incurred.
