Change of Mind

We do not offer refunds or exchanges for change of mind once a product has been delivered or collected.

Prior to delivery or collection, customers may request to cancel an order. Cancellation requests will be assessed on a case-by-case basis and fees may apply where costs have already been incurred.

Custom & Pre-Order Items

Custom and pre-order items may be cancelled within 12 hours of purchase.

After this period, cancellation fees may apply to cover costs already incurred, including supplier, freight, administration, and production costs.

Damaged or Faulty Items

Customers must inspect products upon delivery.

Any damage or faults must be reported within 48 hours of delivery and supported with photographs.

Where a product is found to be faulty, damaged, or does not meet consumer guarantees under Australian Consumer Law, Clearance Kings Gold Coast will provide an appropriate remedy, which may include repair, replacement, or refund.

Not Considered Faults

The following are not considered faults:

  • Minor colour variations due to lighting or screen displays

  • Natural variations in timber, fabric, leather, or other materials

  • Minor measurement variations within normal manufacturing tolerances

Order Cancellations

  • Standard stock orders may be cancelled prior to delivery, subject to any costs already incurred.

  • Custom and pre-order items may only be cancelled within 12 hours of purchase. After this period, cancellation fees may apply.

Nothing in this policy excludes, restricts, or modifies any rights or remedies available under the Australian Consumer Law.
